OVERVIEW
Foxii Wellness offers a "Subscribe & Save" purchase option to ensure you never run out of your daily metabolic support. By selecting this option at checkout, you acknowledge and agree to our recurring billing terms outlined below.
1. Subscription Terms & Authorization
When you enroll in a Subscribe & Save plan, you expressly authorize Foxii Wellness (and our secure payment processors) to automatically charge your payment method on file on a recurring basis.
The amount charged will be the price of the product(s) selected at the time of your initial purchase, reflecting your subscription discount, and will occur at the frequency you selected (e.g., every 30 days) until you cancel.
2. How to Manage or Cancel Your Subscription
We believe you should always be in control of your wellness ritual. You can manage, modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time without any hidden fees.
To make changes:
- Log into your Customer Portal using the email associated with your order.
- Select your active subscription to change your delivery date, swap products, update your payment method, or cancel the subscription entirely.
3. The 3-Day Cancellation Cutoff
Because our fulfillment team works quickly to process and ship orders, all changes, pauses, or cancellations must be made at least three (3) days prior to your next scheduled billing date.
If you cancel or pause your subscription after this 3-day window, your current order will still be processed, billed, and shipped. Your cancellation will then take effect for the following billing cycle.
4. Failed Payments & Out of Stock
Failed Payments: If your payment method fails to process on your scheduled billing date, our system will automatically re-attempt the charge over the following days. If payment cannot be secured, your subscription may be automatically paused or cancelled.
Out of Stock: In the rare event that Crave-X is out of stock when your subscription is scheduled to renew, we will notify you via email and your charge will be delayed until the product is ready to ship.
5. Refund Eligibility for Subscriptions
Please note that canceling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund for orders that have already been processed. For information regarding returns and refunds of processed shipments, please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy.
