At Foxii Wellness, we formulate with uncompromising clinical standards and want you to feel confident in your daily ritual. Our return policy is designed to be straightforward and fair, giving you the time you need to experience the benefits of our products.
1. The Foxii 30-Day Guarantee (First Purchase)
We stand behind Crave-X. We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on your very first purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your first bottle, you can request a refund within thirty (30) days of the delivery date—even if the bottle is opened or empty.
To initiate this guarantee, simply email our team at support@foxiiwellness.com with your order number. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Standard Returns & Subscription Orders
For subsequent purchases, recurring "Subscribe & Save" shipments, or orders containing multiple bottles, we accept returns only for items that are unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be requested and postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Because subscriptions are processed automatically, it is your responsibility to pause or cancel via your customer portal at least three (3) days before your next scheduled shipment.
- We cannot issue refunds for subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped if you failed to cancel within the required timeframe.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@foxiiwellness.com with your Name, Order Number, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and provide you with the return shipping address.
- Pack the item(s) securely. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Processing Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds: Processing times vary by bank and credit card company. It may take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days for the refund to officially post to your account. If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please contact your credit card company and bank before reaching out to us.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@foxiiwellness.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order number so we can make it right by sending a replacement.
