OVERVIEW
At Foxii Wellness, we know that consistency is key to your daily ritual. We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible so you never miss a day.
1. Order Processing Times
We work diligently to get your wellness products to your door. Our standard processing schedule is as follows:
- Monday – Friday: Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of being placed.
- Saturday: Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST will be shipped the same day.
- Saturday Afternoon & Sunday: Orders placed after the Saturday cutoff or on Sunday will be processed and shipped the following Monday.
Note: Processing times may be slightly delayed during major holidays or high-volume promotional periods.
2. Shipping Rates & Destinations
Domestic Shipping: At this time, Foxii Wellness ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Rates: We are pleased to offer free standard domestic shipping on all orders. Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.
3. Carriers
To ensure reliable delivery, we partner with major trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier for your specific order will be determined based on the destination address and the most efficient shipping method available.
4. Subscription Shipments
For customers enrolled in our "Subscribe & Save" program, your recurring orders will automatically process according to your chosen frequency with free shipping included. To avoid unwanted shipments, any changes, pauses, or cancellations must be made in your customer portal at least three (3) days before your next scheduled processing date.
5. Liability, Delays & Weather
Once your order leaves our fulfillment facility and is handed over to the carrier, Foxii Wellness is not liable for carrier-related transit delays. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are generated by the carriers and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Additionally, we are not responsible for damages caused by weather or environmental exposure during transit. The customer assumes all risk regarding environmental conditions once the package is in the carrier's possession. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please contact the respective carrier directly to file a claim.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update it before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been submitted.
